Quick Start Guide.

Everything you need to go from signup to your first automated invoice — three setup steps, no consultant required.

01

Bulk Uploading

Import hundreds of orders in one pass with the CSV template.

  1. 1

Download the Krevos CSV template from Orders → Import → Download Template.

  2. 2

Fill one row per order: order ID, pickup address, destination, weight (lbs), package count, and service level (Ground, 2-Day, or Freight).

  3. 3

Save the file as .csv and drag it into the Import window — Krevos validates every row before anything touches your account.

  4. 4

Review the validation summary. Rows with issues are flagged in yellow with a plain-English reason; fix them in the preview or skip them.

  5. 5

Click Confirm Import. Orders appear in your dashboard instantly and rate-shopping runs on each one automatically.

Pro tip: Re-uploading the same file? Krevos de-duplicates by order ID, so you'll never create doubles.

02

Carrier API Keys

Connect UPS and FedEx so rate-shopping uses your negotiated rates.

  1. 1

Go to Settings → Carriers and click Add Carrier.

  2. 2

For UPS: sign in at developer.ups.com, create an app, and copy your Client ID and Client Secret into Krevos.

  3. 3

For FedEx: sign in at developer.fedex.com, create a project with the Ship and Rate APIs enabled, then paste your API Key and Secret Key.

  4. 4

Click Test Connection — Krevos runs a live rate check and confirms your negotiated rates are coming through.

  5. 5

Toggle each carrier on. From that moment, every order is rate-shopped across your connected carriers automatically.

Pro tip: Your keys are encrypted at rest and never leave your account. Rotate them any time from the same screen — no downtime.

03

Driver Mode

Signatures and photos from any phone — no app store, no training.

  1. 1

Go to Team → Drivers and add each driver's name and mobile number.

  2. 2

Each driver receives a text with their personal Krevos link — it opens straight in the browser, nothing to install.

  3. 3

At delivery, the driver taps Complete Stop, captures the recipient's signature on-screen, and snaps a photo of the freight.

  4. 4

The proof of delivery syncs instantly, even from patchy coverage areas — captures queue offline and upload when signal returns.

  5. 5

Zero-Touch Billing takes it from there: the moment the POD lands, the invoice is generated and sent. No paperwork, no lag.

Pro tip: Drivers only see their own stops for the day. Dispatch keeps full visibility from the main dashboard.
